Why use a separate HVAC Contractor to service my units when the oil company has a contract?
Quite honestly, this could be seen as a conflict of interests.  As a heating and air conditioning service company, we make our living making sure you run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, not selling fuel.  When we service a heating unit, we make sure it is operating as efficiently as possible, not using the most fuel possible within tolerance of the burner. This is not to say that every fuel company does this, but it does happen.
